Атипичный аутизм у детей: особенности соматоневрологического статуса и амбулаторного наблюдения врачом общепедиатрического профиля

Аннотация

Расстройства аутистического спектра у детей привлекают все большее внимание врачей общей практики, что обусловлено уточнением диагностических критериев и признанием факта существования атипичного аутизма, который является синдромом многих заболеваний. Авторы подробно рассматривают теории происхождения аутизма, клинические проявления атипичного аутизма, в том числе возможные неврологические и соматические нарушения. Отдельное внимание уделено связи аутистического расстройства и эпилепсии или эпилептиформной активности на электроэнцефалограмме. Сделан акцент на необходимости междисциплинарного подхода и взаимодействия клиницистов различных специальностей при лечении пациентов с аутистическим расстройством.
