The head of the Epilepsy School in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, the board member of the Russian society of neurologists, the Scientific Advisory Board Member in epilepsy of the Russian Academy of Medical Science and the Ministry of Health of Russia, the member of the Central methodical commission on neurology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, a member of the attestation commission for 'neurology' of the General Directorate of Health of St. Petersburg, the member of one specialised Council (Military Medical Academy) and the head of the specialised Council at the Pediatric university, the member of the European League Against Epilepsy, the deputy editor of the Russian journal “Child Neurology and Neurosurgery”, the member of editorial council of 3 journals in neurology. She is an author of more than 300 scientific works.

She has successfully supervised 34 master's and 3 doctoral theses.
