Эффективность стимуляции блуждающего нерва при эпилепсии (обзор литературы и описание клинического случая)

Аннотация
Несмотря на значительные успехи, достигнутые в эпилептологии, резистентные к терапии эпилепсии составляют примерно 30 % всех форм этого заболевания. Даже с учетом широких возможностей применения современных медикаментозных и немедикаментозных методов лечения остается значительная часть пациентов с устойчивой к лечению эпилепсией, у которых антиэпилептические препараты неэффективны и оперативное лечение невозможно. В этой группе пациентов сохраняет свою актуальность фармакотерапия с поиском новых эффективных антиэпилептических препаратов, а также поиск альтернативных методов, одним из которых является стимуляция блуждающего нерва. Авторы представляют обзор литературы, посвященный показаниям к применению, эффективности и переносимости метода стимуляции блуждающего нерва при эпилепсии, и описание наблюдаемого случая эффективности применения данного метода у пациента с резистентной формой эпилепсии.
