ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ВИМПАТА (ЛАКОСАМИД) У ПАЦИЕНТКИ С РЕЗИСТЕНТНОЙ ФОРМОЙ КРИПТОГЕННОЙ ФОКАЛЬНОЙ ЭПИЛЕПСИИ С ФОКАЛЬНЫМИ АУТОМОТОРНЫМИ И ВТОРИЧНО- ГЕНЕРАЛИЗОВАННЫМИ СУДОРОЖНЫМИ ПРИСТУПАМИ (ОПИСАНИЕ СЛУЧАЯ)

Аннотация
Несмотря на значительные успехи, достигнутые в эпилептологии, резистентные эпилепсии составляют примерно 30% среди всех форм эпилепсии. Представлено описание случая применения нового антиэпилептического препарата лакосамид (вимпат) и достижения ремиссии приступов у пациентки 31 года с резистентной формой криптогенной фокальной эпилепсии с фокальными аутомоторными и вторично-генерализованными судорожными приступами. Представлен обзор литературы, посвященной эффективности и переносимости лакосамида при резистентной эпилепсии.
