Abstract
The author proposed a review of literature devoted to extrapyramidal movement disorders (hyperkinesis) as manifestation of various diseases at children. The aspects of pathogenesis and neurochemistry, clinical manifestations of extrapyramidal movement disorders, their diagnostics and evolution in the course of diseases are considered. The author presented also this own observations: hyperkinesis as manifestation of various mental and neurologic diseases in a group of 310 children and features of evolution hyperkinesis in process of disease development are considered
