Коморбидность аутизма и эпилепсии. Взгляд с точки зрения онтогенеза

Аннотация

Ранний детский аутизм, или расстройства аутистического спектра, с первых описаний синдрома представляет собой крайне разнородную группу состояний, объединенных едиными признаками дизонтогенеза. Наиболее значимым и отягощающим коморбидным заболеванием при аутизме является эпилепсия. В настоящей статье выполнен обзор литературы по различным аспектам коморбидности эпилепсии и аутизма за последние 50 лет. Цель обзора – анализ возникновения эпилепсии и аутизма в процессе онтогенеза, выявление причинно-следственных связей между данными заболеваниями с учетом имеющихся сведений о 2 возрастных пиках дебюта эпилепсии при аутизме.
