The author describes the aspects of classification, pathogenesis and etiology, prevalence, clinical picture and diagnostics of this disorder, including the peculiar anomalies on EEG. The especial attention is given to approaches to the treatment of epileptic encephalopathy with continuous spikeswaves activity during sleep. Efficacy of valproates, corticosteroid hormones and antiepileptic drugs of other groups is considered. The author represents own experience of treatment this disorder with corticosteroids, scheme of therapy and assessment of efficacy.</p>
Представлен собственный опыт лечения кортикостероидными гормонами, схема терапии и оценка эффективности лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>epilepsy</kwd><kwd>epileptic encephalopathy with ccontinuous spike and wave activity during sleep</kwd><kwd>during sleep</kwd><kwd>diagnostics</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>эпилептическая энцефалопатия с продолженной спайк-волновой активностью во сне</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
