From the obtained results it can be judged that escitalopram and citalopram have a potentially high risk. Despite of the fact that sertraline is approved to use in children and adolescents both in the Russian Federation as well as abroad, studies show it significantly affects the QT interval at therapeutic and toxic doses. The safety was demonstrated by fluvoxamine and fluoxetine. Studies of these selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors didn’t show a statistically significant increase of the QT interval.</p>
Наибольшую безопасность продемонстрировали флувоксамин и флуоксетин; исследования этих препаратов не показали статистически значимого увеличения интервала QT.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors</kwd><kwd>adverse drug reaction</kwd><kwd>cardiotoxicity</kwd><kwd>long QT interval syndrome</kwd><kwd>torsade de pointes</kwd><kwd>ventricular tachycardia</kwd><kwd>sudden cardiac death</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>селективные ингибиторы обратного захвата серотонина</kwd><kwd>нежелательные лекарственные реакции</kwd><kwd>кардиотоксичность</kwd><kwd>синдром удлиненного интервала QT</kwd><kwd>пируэтная тахикардия</kwd><kwd>желудочковая тахикардия</kwd><kwd>синдром внезапной смерти</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">State Register of Drugs.
