The role of regular electroencephalographic sleep monitoring in order to monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic measures is emphasized, and the main difficulties in making this diagnosis and choosing the correct anti-epileptic treatment are shown.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен клинический случай эпилептической энцефалопатии с электрическим статусом медленного сна, на примере которого показана актуальность вопроса своевременной диагностики и назначения адекватной антиэпилептической терапии при данном синдроме. Подчеркнута роль регулярного электроэнцефалографического мониторирования сна с целью контроля эффективности проводимых терапевтических мероприятий, а также продемонстрированы основные трудности при установлении данного диагноза и выборе правильного антиэпилептического лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>epilepsy</kwd><kwd>epileptic encephalopathy</kwd><kwd>continued epileptiform activity of slow sleep</kwd><kwd>video electroencephalographic monitoring</kwd><kwd>electrical status epilepticus during slow-wave sleep</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>эпилептическая энцефалопатия</kwd><kwd>продолженная эпилептиформная активность в медленном сне</kwd><kwd>видеоэлектроэнцефалографическое мониторирование</kwd><kwd>электрический эпилептический статус медленного сна</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Ermolenko N.A., Buchneva I.A., Zakharova E.I. et al.
