CTNNB1 syndrome is an exceedingly rare and poorly studied disorder, which makes it particularly interesting due the difficulties associated with its diagnosis and description of the disease phenotype, as well as highly polymorphic clinical manifestations. Verification of the diagnosis is important to determine the prognosis of a child with cerebral palsy and visual impairment, as well as for reproductive planning in the family.</p>
Верификация диагноза важна для определения прогноза у ребенка с церебральным параличом и нарушением зрения, а также для репродуктивного планирования в семье.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>CTNNB1</kwd><kwd>CTNNB1-NDD</kwd><kwd>cerebral palsy</kwd><kwd>delayed motor and speech development</kwd><kwd>strabismus</kwd><kwd>microcephaly</kwd><kwd>neonatal hypoxia</kwd><kwd>birth asphyxia</kwd><kwd>exudative vitreoretinopathy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>CTNNB1</kwd><kwd>CTNNB1-NDD</kwd><kwd>церебральный паралич</kwd><kwd>задержка моторного и психоречевого развития</kwd><kwd>косоглазие</kwd><kwd>микроцефалия</kwd><kwd>гипоксия у новорожденного</kwd><kwd>асфиксия в родах</kwd><kwd>экссудативная витреоретинопатия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Prityko A.G., Chebanenko N.V., Sokolov P.L. et al.
