According to the results of the survey, it was found that 210 children had non-epileptic paroxysms. In the overwhelming majority of cases, the treatment was changed.</p><p><bold>Conclusions.</bold> The presented results of treatment of children with epileptic and non-epileptic paroxysms after correction of treatment indicate the need for careful analysis of all data (clinical and anamnestic, electroencephalographic, laboratory) for correct diagnosis, identification of causes of resistance and reasonable selection of therapy in each patient.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение.</bold> Важным условием адекватной медикаментозной терапии является ранняя дифференциальная диагностика пароксизмальных состояний у детей, установление или уточнение их эпилептического или неэпилептического характера.</p><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – показать необходимость, эффективность и безопасность коррекции терапии у детей с пароксизмальными расстройствами сознания в зависимости от этиологии данного расстройства, установленной при проведении дифференциального диагноза.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы.</bold> Комплексное обследование с включением видеоэлектроэнцефалографического мониторинга проведено у 527 пациентов, направленных неврологами для уточнения характера пароксизмального расстройства сознания, уточнения формы эпилепсии, подбора адекватного лечения.</p><p><bold>Результаты.</bold> На основе результатов, полученных при проведении комплексного обследования с включением видеоэлектроэнцефалографического мониторинга, у всех обследованных детей уточнены диагнозы. Установлено, что у 210 пациентов приступы имели неэпилептический характер. В подавляющем большинстве случаев лечение было изменено.</p><p><bold>Выводы.</bold> Представленные результаты лечения детей с эпилептическими и неэпилептическими пароксизмами после коррекции терапии свидетельствуют о необходимости тщательного анализа всех данных (клинико-анамнестических, электроэнцефалографических, лабораторных) для правильной постановки диагноза, выявления причин резистентности и обоснованного подбора терапии у каждого пациента.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>epileptic and non-epileptic paroxysms</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>resistance</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эпилептические и неэпилептические пароксизмы, дети, резистентность, терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Aykardi Zh.
