The neurotoxicity of general anesthetic drugs still appears as a relevant interdisciplinary problem. All general anesthetics that are currently in use exhibit a neurotoxic effect on the brain at all stages of its development. It is impossible to evaluate the negative impact of general anesthetics without considering the effect of surgical injury, intraoperative complications, pain syndrome, main and concomitant diseases. We report a case of hypoxic brain injury in the early postoperative period in a child with severe comorbidities and perinatal complications in anamnesis.

Проблема нейротоксичности препаратов для общей анестезии в настоящее время является актуальной и междисциплинарной. Все применяемые на сегодняшний день в рутинной клинической практике общие анестетики оказывают нейротоксическое влияние на головной мозг во всех стадиях его развития. Оценить негативное влияние общих анестетиков без учета воздействия операционной травмы, интраоперационных осложнений, болевого синдрома, основной и сопутствующей патологии невозможно. Приводим собственное клиническое наблюдение, иллюстрирующее развитие гипоксического поражения головного мозга в раннем послеоперационном периоде у ребенка с отягощенным перинатальным фоном и тяжелой сопутствующей патологией.
