The review of available full text publications in foreign and Russian databases is carried out. Presented literature review indicates a high variability of vision organ disorders in NF-I in the clinical course (slowly progressive, stationary, and rapidly progressive), severity (from asymptomatic to severe disabling), and clinical forms. During the observation of patients (probands) with NF-I and their family members, a comprehensive examination, accompanied by widespread introduction into clinical practice of modern diagnostic methods, including dynamic control of asymptomatic members of family genealogy, is important. The multidisciplinary approach has great significance for diagnostics, treatment and dispensary observation of NF-I.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре изложены сведения о современных методах диагностики и характере поражения органа зрения при нейрофиброматозе I типа (НФ-I). Целью работы был анализ доступных публикаций, посвященных изучению поражения органа зрения при НФ-I. Проведен поиск доступных полнотекстовых публикаций в зарубежных и российских базах данных. Представленный анализ доступных источников литературы свидетельствует о высокой вариабельности поражения органа зрения при НФ-I по клиническому течению (медленно прогрессирующее, стационарное, быстро прогрессирующее), степени тяжести (от бессимп томного до тяжелого инвалидизирующего) и клиническим формам. При ведении пациентов (пробандов) с НФ-I и членов их семей важно комплексное обследование с широким внедрением в клиническую практику современных методов диагностики, включая динамический контроль за асимптомными членами родословной.
