The authors consider in detail the theory of autism and the clinical manifestations of atypical autism, including possible neurological and somatic disorders. Individual attention is placed on the association of autistic disorder with epilepsy or epileptiform activity on the electroencephalogram. An emphasis is made on the need for an interdisciplinary approach and on the interaction of clinicians of different specialties when treating patients with autistic disorder.</p>
Сделан акцент на необходимости междисциплинарного подхода и взаимодействия клиницистов различных специальностей при лечении пациентов с аутистическим расстройством.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autism</kwd><kwd>atypical autism in children</kwd><kwd>pathogenesis</kwd><kwd>clinical manifestations</kwd><kwd>epilepsy</kwd><kwd>epileptiform activity on the electroencephalogram</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аутизм</kwd><kwd>атипичный аутизм у детей</kwd><kwd>патогенез</kwd><kwd>клинические проявления</kwd><kwd>эпилепсия</kwd><kwd>эпилептиформная активность на электроэнцефалограмме</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
