Эквиваленты мигрени у детей. Периодические синдромы детского возраста. Обзор литературы и собственные клинические наблюдения

Аннотация

Периодические синдромы у детей – группа функциональных состояний, встречающихся в раннем возрасте, в том числе на 1-м году жизни, которые в настоящее время рассматривают как эквиваленты или предшественники развития в последующем мигрени. Недостаточное освещение проблемы в отечественной литературе, пароксизмальность наступления и периодическая повторяемость этих состояний нередко являются причиной повторных госпитализаций, проведения многочисленных, иногда инвазивных исследований, постановки ошибочных диагнозов и, как следствие, назначения агрессивной, патогенетически необоснованной терапии, что в конечном итоге влияет на качество жизни ребенка. В обзорной статье освещены основные вопросы эпидемиологии, этиопатогенеза, клинических проявлений, подходов к диагностике, лечения и прогноза при основных формах детских периодических синдромов. Ознакомление широкого круга специалистов, не только неврологов, с данными состояниями у детей, безусловно, снизит вероятность гипердиагностики различных более серьезных заболеваний.
